Our time together will be an intentional process of discovery, creating a personalized plan with accountability.

  • 1 in-person or virtual session per week for 6 months, up to 24 sessions.

  • Weekly plan with action steps to move toward your goals.

  • Tools and exercises to assist in the long-term pursuit of personal growth and goals.

  • E-mail, text, and video check-ins as needed between sessions.
