What’s the Wake-Up Call?

The Wake-Up Call is designed to help you shift your attention to what is already working and the parts of you that are asking for more attention, energy, and purpose.

This is a free 60-minute coaching session that gives you a clear snapshot of where you are right now and where you could go next. In this session, we will:

• Identify what is working in your life and why

• Take stock of the progress you have already made

• Highlight the strengths and resilience you developed through your experiences

• Explore what feels possible next, whether that is a goal, a direction, or a shift in perspective

When you focus on what is best inside you, change stops feeling threatening and starts feeling like an invitation. The Wake-Up Call helps you reconnect to that part of yourself, the part that is ready for clarity, confidence, and forward movement.
