“When we tap into what’s best inside us, we become less afraid of change and more open to what’s possible.” Kate Chaney

Kate Chaney

For me, coaching is about connection. It is the ability to create a safe place and hold the light for others while they seek their next steps. It is an honor to be trusted in this sacred space.

As someone who has navigated the treacherous landscape of life, its joys and pains, I know first-hand the importance of unconditional support from therapists, coaches, and friends who get it. I’ve experienced the fear of starting and the exhilaration of finding my way through challenges that once felt impossible.

I’ve been in the trenches of uncertainty, codependent family dynamics, the ebb and flow of friendships, and unimaginable grief. I hold these experiences with grace and reverence as they are the foundation of my strength. These struggles and my journey inform how and why I show up as your coach. I have learned that the most valuable experience in navigating painful and joyful life transitions is connection.

I help people navigate the major and minor transitions of life, feeling stuck, grief, desire to move, but not sure how or where to begin. I offer a safe place to explore and discover your path and plan your steps. Starting is scary, let’s do it together!
