The Pivot:

Gain momentum, achieve goals, and build the life you truly want to live.

“When we tap into what’s best inside us, we become less afraid

of change and more open to what’s possible.” Kate Chaney

Peace, clarity, direction, identity. This is what we accomplish in 8 weeks of one-on-one work. Honoring what’s best in you is the heart and soul of this program. We work from the inside out, identifying your strengths and exploring what they mean to you. Together, we build a program unique to your needs, lifestyle, and desired results. This is your solid foundation to move into your next chapter with complete confidence in who you are, what you want, and what you stand for.

Getting started is scary. Book your Starting Line Call to explore if we are a good fit. This call is a good faith investment for both of us. Rather than charge a personal fee, a minimum donation of $30 to The Paul Chaney Memorial Foundation, a verified 501(c)(3), is requested to schedule this meeting. This is the first step in your commitment to yourself. A donation link will be included in your confirmation email after you book.

Our time together will be an intentional process of discovery, creating a personalized plan with accountability. Midlife Momentum begins after you complete your Starting Line Session and we agree to work together. Here’s what you can expect:

  • 1 in-person or virtual session per week for 8 weeks, plus two support sessions post-program to support continued growth.

  • 1 bonus session for additional support during the 8 weeks.

  • 1 in-person or virtual session to include members of your support system: partner, family, key support friends.

  • Weekly plan with action steps to move toward your goals.

  • Tools and exercises to assist in the long-term pursuit of personal growth and desired results.

  • E-mail, text, and video check-ins as needed between sessions.
