What is personal coaching?

Coaching, in fitness and life, is a way forward. A decision to break chains and take control, to pursue joy and fully engage in life. Our time together will be an intentional process of discovery, creating action steps, and accountability. As your coach, I will help you identify and harness strengths, identify and move past roadblocks, and discover tools to help you move forward with confidence and purpose. Believing in yourself is hard work! You are worth it!

I work with clients seeking positive change their lives, both physically and mentally. Clients who work with me experience change from the inside out. These are lasting changes with tools that remain accessible for a lifetime. Coaching with me is an opportunity to claim your vibrance, bravery, empathy, ferocity, depth, and compassion. 52 1x1 fitness sessions over 6 months plus 3 life coaching sessions

  • 2 private fitness sessions per week 

  • 3 private life coaching sessions to support the development of tools required for lasting change. 

  • Weekly plan with action steps to keep you moving toward your goals

  • Tools and exercises to assist in the long-term pursuit of overall fitness, personal growth, and goals

  • E-mail and video check-ins as needed between sessions
